Refund & Cancellation

Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 60 seconds of placing it without penalty. After a restaurant/store has "Accepted" the order, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Eligibility:

• Tampered Packaging: 100% refund if reported via the app with photo evidence upon delivery.
• Missing Items: Pro-rata refund for the specific missing item.
• Significant Delay: If delivery exceeds the "Max Estimated Time" by 45+ minutes (excluding weather/traffic force majeure).

7-Day Money Back Guarantee: For self-paced digital courses, users are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed/watched.

Non-Refundable:

• Certificates already issued or generated.
• Live 1-on-1 workshops where the slot was reserved and the session was attended.
• Downloaded offline course materials.

Cancellation Fees:

• ✔️ 2+ Hours Before: Free Cancellation.
• ⚠️ Within 2 Hours: A "Visiting Fee" of ₹99 will be deducted to compensate the service professional's travel.

Service Warranty: If the service (e.g., AC repair, cleaning) is found unsatisfactory, Virolox will send a professional for a "Re-work" within 24 hours at no extra cost. Cash refunds are only issued if the re-work fails to resolve the issue.
