By registering for, downloading, or utilizing any services provided by VIROLOX TRADING AND MARKETING PVT LTD (CIN: U46909WB2025PTC282953), including our web portals and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ecosystem Services Overview
Virolox acts as a technology intermediary enabling consumers to connect with independent food vendors, mobility providers (Blink Ride), skilled home maintenance professionals, fresh grocery suppliers, and merchant billing utilities.
3. User Responsibilities & Account Security
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete mobile and identity information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP codes.
- Any fraudulent activity, impersonation, or misuse will result in immediate suspension and referral to appropriate legal authorities.
4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
Prices displayed for meals, groceries, rides, and services are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes unless explicitly separated at checkout. All payments processed via authorized UPI gateways, credit cards, or digital wallets are secured with 256-bit encryption.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of Virolox platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nadia / Kolkata, West Bengal.
