1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By clicking "I Agree" or by using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. User Account & Security

To access certain modules (Financial, LMS, or Marketplace), you must create a Virolox ID. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at security@virolox.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Financial & Loan Services

Virolox facilitates financial products through regulated partners. You acknowledge that:

• Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
• You authorize Virolox to conduct credit background checks as required by partner banks.
• Interest rates and repayment terms are governed by the specific loan agreement signed during the application process.

4. Marketplace & Home Services

For Food Delivery and Home Services:

• Service Availability: We aim for 24/7 availability, but services depend on local vendor operating hours.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are "Accepted" by the vendor. A cancellation fee may apply thereafter.
• Quality: While we vet all partners, the primary liability for product quality lies with the merchant/vendor.

5. Payments, Refunds & Fees

All payments are processed through secure gateways. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days if:

• The service was not rendered or the product was damaged upon delivery.
• A technical error resulted in a double-charge.

6. Intellectual Property (LMS)

All content in the Virolox Education module, including videos, PDFs, and quizzes, is the property of Virolox or its content partners. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the materials for personal use only.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect fraudulent activity, payment defaults, or any violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal (or your specific corporate city).
